This invitation is for Sealed Bid Proposals to be submitted by eligible contractors to the City of Alameda for the renovation of a Single Family Residence located at 2815 San Diego Road. The renovation is funded by HUD-CDBG funding and Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage Regulations apply.
Eligible Contractors must hold a current Class A or B License and be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations. The Sealed Bid Proposal must include the Bid Proposal, Bid Bond, along with other certifications as required in the attached Invitation to Bid, pursuant to the Notice to Contractors, Bid Schedule, Instructions to Bidders, Proposed Construction Services Contract, Standard Specifications and Plans.
