The City of Alameda, on behalf of the San Leandro Bay-Oakland Alameda Estuary Adaptation Working Group, is soliciting proposals from community-based organizations (Community Partners) to serve as advisors, conduct community engagement with other project partners, and to facilitate an inclusive and equitable planning process for the following sea level rise adaptation projects, which are expected to take up to three years to complete:
- Sub-regional Long-term Adaptation Plan
- Oakland-Alameda Estuary Adaptation Project
- Bay Farm Island Adaptation Project

Proposal Due Date: March 30, 2023 by 3:30 p.m.
