2023 Day in the Park

Come spend your non-school day with ARPD!  We will be making special arts and crafts and playing great games.

DINOSAURS AT KRUSI PARK?  For this special day, we will have a 45-minute visit from Dinosaurs Rock.  History will come alive with an exhilarating blend of education and fun.  Touch a real fossil Dinosaur Egg, Dinosaur Footprint, Dinosaur Poop and much more!
For those currently in Kindergarten to 5th Grades
Bring a bag lunch; morning and afternoon snacks will be provided
Sign up as soon as possible as space is limited. If a site fills up, please add your child's name to the waiting list. If a spot becomes available, we will contact parents from the waiting list.

Dress appropriately for the weather and bring a jacket as some activities may take place outdoors, weather permitting.  Also, wear play clothes, socks and comfortable closed-toed shoes.
Do not bring any electronic or sentimental items to the program as ARPD is not responsible for your child's lost, damaged or stolen property

Cost Per Person:
$63 for Alameda Residents / $70 for Non-Residents
Drop-off and Pick-Up will take place outside the Krusi Recreation Center doors.

You must cancel by Monday of the week prior to the start of your program session and there is a $15 withdrawal fee.

For cancellations made thereafter, there is no guarantee of a refund unless your spot can be filled by another participant.  A $15 withdrawal fee is still charged if a substitute is found.
