Sports Facilities Rentals

Softball, baseball and multi-purpose fields for soccer/lacrosse, rugby, football, frisbee, tennis courts and pickleball courts may be rented.

Where Do We Submit Our Sports Facility Use Permit?

A Sports Facility Use Permit Form must be submitted and received at least seven (7) business days prior to the date requested

Permits will be issued to adults (21 years and over) with a two-hour minimum on all permits.

  • Permit Holders must follow all posted Park Rules
  • NO Alcoholic Beverages allowed in any City Park or Field
  • NO Smoking allowed in City Parks
  • NO Vehicles allowed in City Parks
  • NO metal cleats allowed on synthetic turf fields
  • Permit Holders may be charged for damage caused by misuse, including use of a field that has been closed due to weather conditions.
  • Upon review of your request, ARPD Staff may require large group rentals to be responsible for the removal of garage and recycling generated from the event.  Permit Holder may contact ACI:  (510) 483-1400 to schedule a dumpster drop off and pick up or choose to haul off event debris.
  • ARPD Staff may require large group rentals to order additional portable restrooms and hand wash stations.  Permit Holder is reponsible for scheduling drop off and pick up of portable restrooms and hand wash stations.

$15 cancellation fee will be applied.

  • Youth Organization - $30 per hour
  • Private Resident $40 per hour
  • Private Non-Resident $60 per hour
  • Multi-Use Synthetic Field - Alameda Youth Organization - $35 per hour
  • Multi-Use Synthetic Field - Youth Organization - $50 per hour
  • Multi-Use Synthetic field - Residents - $60 per hour
  • Multi-Use Synthetic Field - Non-Residents - $70 per hour
  • Field Light Use - $25 per hour plus hourly fee
  • Field Prep - Lining for Non-Profits - $40 per game plus hourly fee
  • Field Prep - Lining for Private - $75 per game plus hourly pfee
  • Tournament Fee - $250 per day plus hourly fee
  • Government Use - $25 per hour
  • Resident - $75 per hour per pool
  • Non-Resident - $105 per hour per pool
  • Commercial Use - Alameda Business - $100 per hour per pool
  • Commercial Use - Non-Alameda Business - $125 per hour per pool
  • Resident - $10 per hour
  • Non-Resident - $12 per hour
  • School / Non-Profits - $8 per hour
  • Tournament Fee - $200 per day plus hourly fee
  • Non-Profit Charity Tournament Fee - $50 per day plus hourly fee
  • Commercial Use - Instructor Fee - $20 per hour
