Alameda Municipal Power

Alameda Municipal Power (AMP) is the City's not‐for‐profit electric municipal utility, providing power to more than 34,000 customers at rates that average 17 percent below neighboring communities.

Base Reuse - Alameda Point

The Base Reuse Division manages the redevelopment of the former Naval Air Station. The Base Reuse and Redevelopment program includes Leasing and Property Management (PM).
