Are you an employee or contractor that needs remote access to the City's network?
A VPN gives the user the ability to obtain access to the City’s network from a remote location.The user must be use a City-issued device for VPN access.
You're only eligible for VPN access if you are working on a City-issued device.
If you are eligible, review Administrative Policy and Procedure #47 “Remote Access Policy (VPN) and complete the request form.

You'll need to get your Department Head to sign off on this request. If not a Department Head, the City Manager must approve.
If approved the IT department will reach out to schedule a time to configure your access.
