City Tobacco Ordinances

The City of Alameda does not allow the sale of flavored tobacco. Tobacco retailers in Alameda must have a valid City tobacco retail license, in addition to a State license. Alameda prohibits smoking and vaping tobacco and cannabis in public outdoor spaces and multi-unit housing.
