The City of Alameda (City) invites proposals from qualified firms to provide Residential Property Management Services for the City's residential real estate portfolio. The contract term will be 5 years.
Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting and SiteTour
There will be a mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Tour scheduled for Wednesday, February 18, at 11:00 am. ALL proposers must attend. Prospective proposers will meet at City Hall West, 950 West Mall Square, Second Floor, Alameda, CA. A sign-in sheet will be issued, and shared, to record attendees.
Proposal Opening
One (1) complete, bound, double-sided copy of the proposal plus one (1) digital copy on a thumb drive must be provided in a sealed envelope and received prior to 2:00 PM on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, addressed as follows:

Any proposals received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of proposals shall be returned unopened.
