Alameda Point Building 17 Board Up Project BRED No. 2025-07

The City of Alameda (“City”) Base Reuse and Economic Development Department ("BRED") will accept sealed bids for its Alameda Point Building 17 Board Up Project (BRED No. 2025-07).

The bid opening date is Monday, August 18 25, 2025. All bids are due no later than 1:00 p.m. to the City of Alameda, Base Reuse and Economic Development Department, 950 West Mall Square, Suite 205, Alameda. The bid opening time is 1:05 p.m. in Suite 201.

Project Summary

The Project includes, but is not limited to, performing the following Work: furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, except as herein specified; and doing all work associated with the First Floor Security of the Building at 700 West Essex Drive ("Building 17”). See Technical Specs for Scope of Work requirements.

This Project is situated on the following City streets: West Midway Avenue, West Essex Drive, Pan Am Way, and Todd Street

Approximate cost of construction: $120,000.
