Status: Alameda City Council accepted the SFEP and NFWF grants in June 2023 and the consultant agreement in September 2023. Project Partners - consultant team, agency staff and Community Partners - are analyzing existing conditions and preparing the community engagement plan with the first round of community engagement expected in spring/summer 2024. A second round of community engagement is expected in early 2025 with a recommended Long-term Plan completed in mid-2025.
