Harbor Bay Business Park Bus Stop and Ferry Terminal Improvement

 

The City of Alameda will accept sealed bids for its Harbor Bay Business Park Bus Stop and Ferry Terminal Improvements Project. 
PW No. 02-23-01

This Project includes but is not limited to, performing the following work:

Furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, except as herein specified; and doing all work associated with the work to be performed under these specifications. The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to mobilizing, traffic and pedestrian control to manage and close off work areas from pedestrians and parking, water pollution prevention and control during construction activities; removing, modifying, and constructing shuttle bus stops; concrete improvements including removing and installing sidewalks, curb ramps, curb and gutter; asphalt improvements; installing and relocating street furniture; removing existing striping, markings, and signage; installing striping, marking, and signage; adjusting utilities to final grade; and modifying existing landscaping.

This Project is situated on the following City streets:

Harbor Bay Parkway between Bay Edge Drive and Ron Cowan
North and South Loop Road between Harbor Bay Parkway
Harbor Bay Ferry Terminal Parking Lot/ Adelphian Way

**Bidders are responsible for obtaining any and all changes to the plans, specifications, proposal forms, addenda, other project notifications, and documents during the bid process. A bid is invalid if the Bidder has not deposited it at the designated location prior to the time and date for receipt of bids indicated in this Notice Inviting Bids or prior to any addendum extension thereof.**
