Project Description: Certificate of Approval – The project consists of a Certificate of Approval to remove an approximately 30-inch diameter coast live oak tree (Quercus agrifolia) located at the front of an existing residential property. A report from a licensed arborist determined that the tree is causing damage to the surrounding infrastructure. The tree is also susceptible to wind gust due to poor structure, and its canopy intertwines with adjacent electrical and communication wires posing a potential public hazard.
