Water Walking-During Lap Swim Times

Step into the pool for a refreshing, low-impact workout that’s perfect for all fitness levels! Water Walking uses the natural resistance and buoyancy of water to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health—all while being gentle on the joints.

Participants walk, jog, and move through the water at their own pace, often incorporating directional changes, arm movements, and light resistance equipment for a full-body experience. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, cross-training, or just looking for a fun way to stay active, Water Walking is a safe, social, and effective way to move your body and boost your mood.

No swimming skills required—just bring your energy and enjoy the water!

Aqua Warrior- Tuesday/Thursday 12-12:45pm

Unleash your inner warrior—water style.
Aqua Warrior is a high-energy aquatic fitness program that combines the power of water resistance with mixed martial arts (MMA) and kickboxing-inspired movements to deliver a full-body, low-impact, high-intensity workout. Participants punch, kick, and rebound through the water, building strength, endurance, and coordination—all while reducing stress on the joints.

This class features core-rotational combos, metabolic conditioning spikes, and choreographed striking sequences designed to improve cardiovascular health and muscle tone. The natural resistance of water challenges both the upper and lower body, transforming every movement into strength training.

Equipment such as hydrodynamic drag gloves, bells, or mitts may be used to amplify intensity, and instructors tailor movements for all ages and fitness levels, ensuring a safe, adaptable, and empowering experience.

Join the wave—train like a warrior, move like water.

 

AIR QUALITY: THE POOL WILL REMAIN OPEN UNLESS THE AIR QUALITY IS IN THE RED ZONE. 

If the pool closes, you will receive a credit for your missed swim.

Please allow 2 business days for the credit to be applied to your household.

Air quality will be tracked using purpleair.com and Airnow.com

Reservations can't be cancelled and are not transferrable.
Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions or no-shows. 

 

  • Pool deck space, lawn space, bleachers, and benches are not available for sun bathing or gathering for any reason.
  • Locker rooms and showers are available for access.
