Biking Practice Workshop: Shared Use Paths
Next date: Sunday, October 25, 2026 | 10:00 AM
to 12:00 PM
Join this free class offered by Bike East Bay, and funded by the City of Alameda, using Measure BB sales tax funds!
Join Bike East Bay’s brand new workshop for adults and teens who are looking to build confidence and experience riding a bike in a safe and supportive environment! You'll practice skills first and then go on a group ride.
Trained instructors are friendly, patient and will help you get off to a great start in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
You’ll need a working bike and helmet to participate.
This workshop has a very low student-to-teacher ratio. If the class is full, you can be added to the waitlist or sign up to be notified when new workshops are added.
Teens are welcome to participate with a parent or guardian present for the duration of the class.
Register in advance here.
