The Zoning Administrator reviews and approves use permits, as well as requests for minor variances — when the legal conditions are met and the change is not significant. The Zoning Administrator may attach conditions to any approval. If a proposal generates significant opposition or controversy, the Zoning Administrator may refer the proposal to the Planning Board for further review.
Zoning Administrator Hearings are held the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month online only via Zoom Webinar.
