Each year, City staff ask Alameda residents who are older or have disabilities if its transportation programs are meeting people’s needs. This online survey is available at www.AlamedaParatransit.com until Monday, November 13, 2023. Hard copies are available at all Alameda libraries, the Mastick Senior Center, or you can call 510-747-7513 to request a copy.
The City provides the following affordable transportation options for residents who are older or have disabilities:
Survey forms, information about Alameda’s transportation programs, and other resources such as East Bay Paratransit and a mobility device breakdown service are available at www.AlamedaParatransit.com. These services are funded by Measures BB transportation sales tax dollars, which are administered by the Alameda County Transportation Commission.
