Homeless Outreach Team for the City of Alameda (FY24-25)

The City of Alameda is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations and/or individuals to conduct homeless street outreach and interface with City, public, nonprofit, and private entities to serve homeless and underhoused individuals and families as an integral part of the goals outlined in The Road Home: A 5 Year Plan to Prevent and Respond to Homelessness in Alameda, which was approved by City Council in October of 2021.  This Request for Proposal seeks to secure the most qualified candidate to proactively and responsively serve Alameda citizens living on the street.  All proposals are due no later than Thursday, April 25, 2024 at 4 pm.

The City of Alameda is a charter City and any contracts into which the City enters may be subject to the provisions of its charter, which may supersede certain provisions of the Public Contract Code and other provisions of state law”.

Electronic proposals are due on April 25, 2024 by 4:00 pm. All instructions for submittals are included in the RFP.
