The City of Alameda (City) and the Alameda Housing Authority (AHA) are seeking a qualified organization or team (Provider) to provide public electric vehicle (EV) charging on City owned parking lots and curbside locations and AHA multi-family housing sites, including financing, equipment procurement, installation, ownership, operation and maintenance of EV charging infrastructure, at little or no cost to the City or AHA.
