The City of Alameda Public Works Department is soliciting bids for its Streetlight Conduit Replacement – Fernside Boulevard Project, No. P.W. 06-23-18.
The streetlight conduit replacement project is to be performed along Fernside Boulevard from the intersection of High Street to Tilden Way in the City of Alameda along with civil improvements per the Contract documents.
The Work includes, but is not limited to:
Installing new streetlight conduit, pull boxes, conductors and cables, electrical service pedestals and foundations, connectors and fittings, replacement of pavement striping and markings, sidewalks, and curb and gutter.
Printed or electronic copies of the plans, specifications, and contract documents, including the Project Manual, and/or any issued addenda may be obtained from BPX Printing & Graphics located at 4903 Central Avenue, Richmond, CA 94804 for a non-refundable cost of $45 per set, exclusive of shipping and handling. A Mandatory prebid meeting will be held at 950 West Mall Square. Room 156, Alameda, CA., at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 17, 2023.
The City of Alameda (“City”) will accept sealed bids for its Streetlight Conduit Replacement – Fernside Boulevard Project (“Project”), by or before Thursday, August 31, 2023 at 2:00 p.m., at the City’s Public Works Office, located at 950 W Mall Square, Suite 110, Alameda, CA 94501 at which time the bids will be publicly opened at 2:01 p.m. No bids will be accepted unless submitted on the Bid Proposal and Schedule form provided in the Project Manual.
