Is there Work Requiring Permits?

  • Yes: Obtain a Building Permit.
    • Requirements: Plans, Plan Check, Inspections.
    • Result: T/I C of O at Final. Proceed to Issue C of O.
  • No: Conduct C of O Inspection.
    • Requirements: Plans, Building & Fire Inspection Report.
    • Does the inspection result in Work Requiring Permit?
      • Yes: Obtain a Building Permit (Plans, Plan Check, Inspections). Proceed to Issue C of O.
      • No: Proceed to Issue C of O.

Section B: No Change in Occupancy Requirements

Is there Work Requiring Permits?

  • Yes: Obtain a Building Permit.
    • Requirements: Plans, Plan Check, Inspections.
    • Proceed to Issue C of O.
  • No: Submit Floor Plan.
    • Note: No Inspection required.
    • Note: Can be prepared by unlicensed person.
    • Note: Zoning Clearance Required.
    • Proceed to Issue C of O.
