Permit expiration date is 12 months from the date of issuance OR 12 months from the last “Approved” inspection. Permits that have been expired for less than six months may be reissued at the discretion of the Building Official and must be in writing.
Refunds may be requested in writing and are at the discretion of the Building Official. Permit Filing Fee and Technology Fee are not refundable.
