CANCELLATION, WITHDRAWAL AND TRANSFER POLICY:

  • You must cancel or withdraw at least one week before the program starts to receive a credit on your ARPD account for future use.  A $20 service fee will be charged for each class, camp or program you cancel or withdraw from.
  • Some specialty camps or programs may have different policies and service fees.  Please refer to the description or details for any specific program prior to registration.
  • A $20 service fee applies to any changes or transfers made after your original registration.

Attention Parents/Guardians:

  • Late Pick-ups:
    There is a late fee of $1 per minute per child for every minute you are late picking up your child/children from programs and classes - payable that day.
  • Behavioral Misconduct Policy:
    ARPD reserves the right to dismiss any participant from camp who engages in physical or verbal abuse toward others.  This policy will generally be enforced using a three-strike system with parents or guardians notified each time a strike is administered.  Depending on the degree and severity of misconduct, certain situations may results in an immediate removal from camp without a prior strike being issued.  In such cases, no refunds will be granted for any missed program time.
