Activity Guide

• Full payment is due at the time of registration
• Payments may be made by check (payable to ARPD), or by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or Discover
• Please note that refunds, credits, or make-up classes are not provided for missed classes.

• A $20 service fee will be charged for each class, camp or program cancellation or withdrawal.
• Some specialty camps or programs may have different policies and service fees.  Please review the program description carefully for any specific requirements prior to registration.
• A $20 service fee will apply to any changes or transfers made after the original registration.
• Please refer to the individual activity description for its specific refund policy.

A late fee of $1 per minute, per child, will be charged for every minute past the scheduled pick-up time from programs or classes.  This fee is payable on the same day.

Behavioral Misconduct Policy:

• ARPD reserves the right to dismiss any participant from camp who engages in physical or verbal abuse toward others.  This policy will generally be enforced using a three-strike system with parents or guardians notified each time a strike is administered.
• Depending on the degree and severity of misconduct, certain situations may result in an immediate removal from camp without a prior strike being issued.  In such cases, no refunds will be granted for any missed program time.
