Financial assistance helps families participate in ARPD youth enrichment activities and classes. ARPD determines assistance awards based on available funding and information provided in the application.
Apply for Financial Assistance
- You can apply for Financial Assistance starting on the first day of registration.
- Submit one application per family, per season.
- Please make sure your ARPD account is in good standing with no outstanding balance.
- ARPD provides assistance for eligible youth enrichment activities and classes. Activities and classes offered by outside instructors or organizations do not qualify. Please contact ARPD with questions.

How Financial Assistance Works
ARPD staff review applications as they are received. Based on your application, you may receive assistance covering 25%–75% of activity and class base fees.
We may contact you if we need additional information or verification. We keep all application information confidential.
We will let you know in writing about your application. If you receive assistance, we’ll provide a verification form to use when you register.
Financial assistance does not reserve a space. To secure your child’s enrollment, complete the registration process and pay any remaining fees.
What Financial Assistance Covers
Financial assistance helps cover the activity or class base fees. Families pay separately for additional expenses such as supplies, materials, food, and transportation.
Refunds
If you request a refund, ARPD will refund the amount you paid, in accordance with the ARPD Refund Policy.
