Alameda Point Open House

Come join us for a tour of Alameda Point!

Family-friendly and open to the public. Come bike, walk, or drive. Visit all 5 stations to learn more about what's happening at Alameda Point, and what the City plans for the future. Attend locations at your leisure, City Council will visit from 2pm to 4pm starting at 1680 Viking Street. There will be games, prizes and interactive activities at each station. Complete the scavenger hunt at each station to earn raffle tickets. Grand prize - 5-day staycation The Storehouse Lofts' Airbnb, Second prize - dinner for 2 at Saltbreaker,Third & Fourth prizes - $50 gift card to Firebrand plus many more fun prizes.

Station 1: Enterprise District

1680 Viking Street

The Enterprise District represents the City’s largest opportunity area for future nonresidential development. Discover its potential and share your vision for its future! Play the Pinball machines, complete a Lego activity, or grab a Brix soda.

Pier 1 & Seaplane Lagoon Ferry Terminal

Dive into Alameda’s maritime and “blue tech” sectors. Learn more about how these innovative businesses are thriving at Alameda Point. Join us for a tour of Pier 1 and the adjacent boat house courtesy of Power Engineering and NRC. Other exhibitors include USS Hornet, Alameda Chamber and more.

2151 Ferry Point

The City has partnered with Little Opera House / Radium to explore the development of a new, world class performing arts center. Come take a look at the preliminary design concepts and meet the Radium team. Dance to live DJ, explore the CERT truck, or grab an ice cream.

650 West Ranger Avenue

Alameda Point will play an important role in delivering future homes for residents, in support of the City’s Housing Element. Learn more about upcoming housing construction, and nearby future housing development opportunities. Share your thoughts on the types of housing you’d like to see. Spin the prize wheel, play GIANT Jenga, and meet some of our housing partners.

2835 San Diego Road

Step inside for a tour of one of the historic “Big Whites”, a former Naval officer's family housing. Round off the Open House with lawn games and treats.
