WHERE: Alameda Point's former parade grounds, 950 W Mall Square
HOW: Bring identification and proof of eligibility (monthly statement from Medi-Cal, CalFresh, or WIC, proof of participation in the National School Lunch Program, or Pell Grant award letter) and you can sign-up on the spot!
