The City Council approved the Commercial Streets Program in 2020 to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic. It includes: 

• Park and Webster Streets restriping with fewer travel lanes,
• Parklets,
• Sidewalk Seating,
• Short-term parking for pick-up/drop-off,
• Alameda Ave closure for outdoor dining, and
• Dining and retail allowed in private parking areas.
