The City of Alameda (City) invites organizations and individuals to respond to a Homeless Outreach Team request for proposal (RFP). The Homeless Outreach Team will interface with City, public, nonprofit, and private entities to serve homeless and underhoused individuals and families as an integral part of the goals outlined in The Road Home: A 5 Year Plan to Prevent and Respond to Homelessness in Alameda, approved by the City Council in October 2021. The Homeless Outreach Team will proactively and responsively serve Alameda residents living on the street in a purposeful manner that respects the dignity of individuals and families and builds positive relationships with the City and its services.
