Join us at Alameda Free Library when bestselling author/illustrator Peter H. Reynolds comes to the Main Library to share his latest picture book, When You Dream Big. The event takes place on Thursday, March 5 at 4:00 p.m. in the Regina K. Stafford Room of the Main Branch, 1550 Oak St. Mr. Reynolds will discuss his new book and will sign copies after the presentation.

Peter H. Reynolds is a New York Times bestselling author and illustrator of many books for children, including The Word Collector, Say Something!, and The Dot. His books have been translated into over 25 languages around the globe and are celebrated worldwide. In 1996, he founded FableVision with his brother, Paul, as a social change agency to help create "stories that matter, stories that move."

This event is free but you must pre-register at Eventbright. Because seating is limited, please register only if you plan to attend. Due to space limitations, we may not be able to accommodate every person at the event, so early registration is encouraged. Walk-ins will be accommodated only if space allows. Books For Friends will be on site selling a selection of Mr. Reynolds’ books. Purchase of a book is not required to attend the event.

This free program is made possible through the generosity of the Friends of the Alameda Free Library. Alameda Free Library is wheelchair accessible. The Main Library is served by AC Transit routes 21 and 51A.
