Vaccine clinic at Mastick Senior Center will use Moderna Vaccine

This Saturday, April 17, the Alameda County Public Health Department, Wellspring Pharmacy, and the City of Alameda are offering a free COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic at Mastick Senior Center. Please note, the Moderna vaccine will be used in place of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. The clinic will be open from 10 AM to 3 PM, by appointment only, but currently all appointments have been filled.

If you want to keep your confirmed appointment, please come to the Mastick Senior Center at your scheduled time. Please bring an identification card and insurance card to the appointment.For those without insurance, please bring an identification card and Social Security Number if available.

After you’ve received your first Moderna vaccine, volunteers from the Mayor’s Vaccine Task Force will contact you to schedule your second vaccine. The second Vaccination Clinic is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, May 15, at Mastick Senior Center.
