World Soccer Alameda 2026

Alameda, CA -The City of Alameda is launching the community-wide Celebration of World Soccer, recognizing Alameda's role in hosting the Australian men's soccer team, the Socceroos. Throughout June and July, residents and visitors are invited to participate in a variety of activities, including watch parties and a soccer-themed scavenger hunt.

During the games, watch parties across the island will feature exclusive Alameda soccer swag giveaways, big-screen match viewings, and family-friendly venues. Below are some of the confirmed watch party locations in Alameda.

Alameda's Celebration of World Soccer will also include a citywide scavenger hunt from June 11 through July 19. The scavenger hunt is intended to encourage residents and visitors to explore Alameda, where they can discover hidden soccer-themed surprises.
