The City of Alameda ("City") is requesting proposals from qualified organizations for Maintenance of the Harbor Bay Ferry Terminal. The Harbor Bay Ferry Terminal is one of the City’s three terminals and provides weekday service between the Harbor Bay Business Park and San Francisco. The terminal facility includes a seating and loading area for passengers, public litter cans, a parking lot, and two public restroom facilities (immediately adjacent to the terminal and east along the public shoreline).
Attached as Exhibit A is the task list for the maintenance of the Harbor Bay Ferry Terminal, trash receptacle maintenance along the Harbor Bay Ferry pathway, and trash receptacle maintenance along the Harbor Bay Harbor Bay Shuttle route. The scope of service for this solicitation is to conduct the maintenance as detailed in Exhibit A. If you have any questions, please contact:
