Cultural Arts and Arts Programming

• Request for Proposal
  • On January 30, 2025 the City of Alameda released a request for proposals (RFP) for Cultural Arts and Arts Programming.
  • Grants are available for performing arts, literary arts, film and video, screenings and installations, arts education, art lectures, presentations, special events, and artist-in-residence programs.
  • Total funding: $60,000 distributed as four grants of $5,000 and four grants of $10,000 each.
  • All cultural arts programming must be free, publicly accessible, and located in the City of Alameda.
