Project Scope: The project consists of an addition and remodel of an existing two-story multifamily residential building. The addition will add a 353 square foot second story to the existing street facing unit, as well as a 26 square foot entryway and a 51 square foot front porch. The new porch will feature decorative columns and a shed roof which will extend along the garage. The new addition will also include replacement of the existing flat roof for a new hipped roof with a ridge height of 24 feet, 6 inches; as well as replacement of the existing vertical siding with new horizontal siding on the second floor and addition of six new windows at the 1,824-square foot existing multifamily building.
