If you would like to request crime statistics for the City of Alameda, the following steps are required for the release of the information. Please allow ten (10) working days to furnish statistics requested.
Effective immediately (7/7/2021): the Alameda Police Department will resume the collection of fees for copies crime statistics. Please contact the records unit directly if you have any questions regarding payments, 510-337-8411.
To complete a request for crime statistics who will need to provide the following:
Your contact information
Details of statistics being requests - location, crime description, etc.
To request crime statistics within the City of Alameda you will need to print and complete our crime statistics request form. Forms must be returned in person along with a $41 processing fee.

Once your form has been received by the Records Department in person, 1555 Oak St., your request will be processed. You will be notified when documents are available for pick up. Please allow ten (10) working days to furnish information requested.
