The Mastick Senior Center partners with Spectrum Community Services to provide lunch for our members. These delicious lunches are freshly prepared each day at Spectrum’s cooking kitchen and served by our dedicated Mastick Volunteers on-site. Meals are planned by Spectrum's registered dietician to meet seniors' nutritional needs. Each meal is low sodium and contains at least 1/3 of seniors Dietary Reference Intake (DRI) including fruits and vegetables high in Vitamins C and A. Visit spectrumcs.org to view the monthly lunch menus.
Meet in person for group dining. Let us serve you! Restaurant-style on plates, sit and enjoy your meal with other lunch participants. The goal of Spectrum Senior Meals is to reduce hunger and food insecurity, promote and support socialization, and to delay onset of adverse health conditions. Meet new people and eat healthy with Spectrum Community Services!
This to-go meal is offered with an opportunity to participate in daily online social activities. Meals are packaged in disposable take-way containers for your convenience. Stop by to pick up your lunch during Mastick Kitchen hours.
Registered lunch participants must sign up or call the Mastick Kitchen directly for reservations. A minimum of seven (7) business days notice is required and meals are served on a first come, first served basis. To make a reservation, please visit spectrumcs.org for the latest lunch menu or visit the Mastick Lobby for a physical copy. Call to reserve your meal dates or submit a marked menu with your name to the Mastick Office. Please specify your meal choice (Meet & Eat or Take-way) on your reservation.
We welcome a voluntary contribution of $4.00 per meal or you can purchase a 10-Meal Ticket with a $35 donation (never expires). Any additional contribution is greatly appreciated.
