The Mastick Senior Center offers on-site notary services provided by Frank Boyle, an experienced and trusted professional dedicated to serving our community. Frank has been a Notary Public and certified signing agent since 2005 and volunteering at the Mastick Senior Center for over 5 years. To schedule a Notary appointment, please call (510) 747-7500. Appointments are available on Wednesdays from 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm. Please bring a valid photo ID and any documents requiring notarization. Mastick membership is required. Notary services are free.
