Svendsen Maritime Park, located at 2039 Clement Avenue, is a privately owned park that is open to the public. It is not maintained or managed by the City. The location includes an open lawn, waterfront promenade, seating and picnic tables. The amenities are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved. Adjacent is a floating dock to launch watercraft such as kayaks and paddleboards.
