 A Camp Experience For Ages 3 Years to Pre-Kindergarten
 2024 Tenderfoot Camp
 Join us for an introductory day camp experience. We will meet at Lower Washington Park (near the Tennis Courts) and then walk to either Robert Crown Beach or up to Washington Park to begin our day. Camp experiences will include making crafts, storytelling, games and songs...all based on a weekly theme! Campers will also be designing their own camp shirts to take home. We'll hike to Crab Cove to look for crabs and other sea life that lives at the Cove.

**ARPD Disclaimer:  Registrations that are emailed, faxed or dropped off could have delayed processing.  Registering online will be your best opportunity to secure a spot in one of the ARPD Programs!  If your desired program is full, place your child on the waiting list as additional program may be added to meet the demand of registration.**

  • PLEASE BRING A BAG LUNCH AND WATER BOTTLE TO CAMP DAILY
  • NAMES MUST BE ON ALL ITEMS BROUGHT TO CAMP
  • DUE TO LACK OF STORAGE SPACE, DO NOT BRING ANY LUNCH BOXES OR BACKPACKS

In order to be enrolled, your child must:

  • Be ready to separate from parent (and parent from child)
  • Be willing to participate in the program without parent being present
  • Be out of diapers/pull ups
  • Able to tend to their personal needs
  • Meet the age requirement by the first day of class
 PROOF OF AGE IS REQUIRED AT FIRST DAY OF CAMP  - NO EXCEPTIONS!
 

PARENTS/GUARDIANS NEED TO:

  • Sign their children in and out daily
  • Pick up their children on time.  A late charge of $1 per minute per child will be charged, payable that day, for every minute you are late.

Play clothes and comfortable walking shoes and socks are recommended (no backless or open toed shoes).   NAMES MUST BE ON ALL ITEMS BROUGHT TO CAMP.  ARPD is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.

Apply sunscreen on your child daily.

There is a $20 withdrawal fee per child per program should you need to cancel.  If you need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible so we can contact those on the waiting list.
