Plot Plan Requirements For Easement And Zoning Check

When submitting plot plans, you must show the following:

  1. All existing and proposed buildings
  2. North arrow
  3. Dimension all lot lines (shown as 'X' in the example below)
  4. Name of street property fonts on
  5. Property line dimensons
  6. Any known easements
  7. All parking stalls
  8. Distance between structures
  9. Dimensions of distance from each structure to property line
  10. Scale - show all dimensions to scale
    • For example: 1" = 20' or 1/4" = 1'
  11. Must also include the improvement address, zoning district, property owner's name, and date
