**ARPD Disclaimer: Registrations that are emailed, faxed or dropped off could have delayed processing. Registering online will be your best opportunity to secure a spot in one of the ARPD Programs! If your desired program is full, place your child on the waiting list as additional program may be added to meet the demand of registration.**
Please Note: Please provide details regarding your child's medical needs and/or any physical, emotional or developmental disabilities they may have. Safety is of the utmost importance for all ARPD participants. Providing ARPD with this information is necessary so that we may determine if and how we can safely support your child. Accommodations are made on a case-by-case basis with a Program Supervisor.

CLOTHING:
Your camper should dress warmly each day (long pants, short sleeve shirt, sturdy closed-toe shoes, socks and jacket. Hats and visors highly suggested. PLEASE LABEL ALL CLOTHING. LONG PANTS are suggested due to poison oak, stinging nettle and ticks in the area. Campers need to wear sturdy closed-toe shoes and socks for trail hiking. NO sandals or backless shoes, please.
SUNSCREEN: Apply sunscreen on your child and have your child bring sunscreen to camp. Staff will periodically remind children to reapply their sunscreen.
LUNCH: Please send your child with a packed lunch and water bottle daily unless notified otherwise. Put in a heavy bag or day pack and identify it with camper's name.
MATERIALS: Do not send along any camp equipment such as: axes, knives, etc. No electronics or games at Day Camp. Day packs and compasses are okay. ARPD Staff are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
INCLEMENT WEATHER: Camp will meet rain or shine. In case of rain, provide rain gear.
MEDICAL EXAMINATION: If is strongly recommended that each camper have a physical examination. A tetanus or booster shot is also recommended. Consult your family physician. It is best to have your camper shower immediately upon arriving home, particularly because of the poison oak. Be sure camper gets sufficient rest each night to be ready for camp.

WOW-X CARE: WOW-X Care will be available before and after at Washington Park for Trails End Day Campers. Participant must be registered in Trails End Day Camp first, and then register for the corresponding WOW-X program. Please note that campers must have completed TK through 4th Grades as of Summer 2026 to qualify for the WOW-X program. Pre-registration is required for our Day Camp program.
