CLOTHING:
Your camper should dress warmly each day (long pants, short sleeve shirt, sturdy closed-toe shoes, jacket, socks and sunscreen).  PLEASE LABEL ALL CLOTHING.
Trails End:  LONG PANTS
are suggested due to poison oak, stinging nettle and ticks in the area.  Campers need sturdy closed-toe shoes for trail hiking.  NO sandals or backless shoes, please.

SUNSCREEN:
Please apply sunscreen on child before he/she attends camp.  For safety purposes, we encourage you to send sunscreen with your child.  Staff will periodically remind children to apply their sunscreen.

INCLEMENT WEATHER:
Camp will meet rain or shine.  In case of rain, provide rain gear.

MEDICAL EXAMINATION:
If is strongly recommended that each camper have a physical examination.  A tetanus or booster shot is also recommended.  Consult your family physician.  It is best to have your camper shower immediately upon arriving home, particularly because of the poison oak.  Be sure camper gets sufficient rest each night to be ready for camp.

 FIELD TRIPS:
