PLEASE NOTE:

ALL GRASS FIELDS ARE CLOSED MONDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2025 TO SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2026 FOR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE.

 

Starting Monday, November 17, we will begin upgrading the lighting controllers for our sports fields and courts to a new centralized control system.  This improvement will help us manage lighting more efficiently and enhance overall reliability. 

During this transition, we kindly ask for your patience.  If you experience any issues with field or court lighting, please contact us at our after-hours phone number, (510)775-5459, or email our main office at arpd@alamedaca.gov so we can assist you promptly.

Alameda is proud to be home to over 24 parks and facilities for all to enjoy! Be sure to click on the park or facility name for further details and a list of amenities for each site. 
After Hours and Weekend Park Ambassador Program:
ARPD Staff patrol all of our parks and make sure facilities are clean, greet park users, provide information and assistance and enforce park rules. Park Ambassadors also make sure picnic and field reservations are in place.Should you need to report an issue, voice a concern or give a compliment during the weekend or after hours, please call the Park Ambassadors directly at (510) 775-5459.
