How Do We Register For Summer Day Trips?

PLEASE NOTE:

  • A valid Parent/Guardian email address must be provided at registration.  ARPD Teen Staff will send important information via email to parents/guardians prior to each camp week (waiver information, what to bring, drop-off times, etc.).
  • If a waiver form is not signed prior to trip day, your tween WILL NOT be able to attend the trip and you will be called to pick your tween up.
Parents/Guardian Must State:
  • Whether their tween must remain with the Leader on the trips or if he/she has permission to stay with a buddy and must check-in with Leaders at designated times; and
  • Whether or not their tween may sign-in and sign-out each day and the time they can sign out
**ARPD Disclaimer:  Registrations that are emailed, faxed or dropped off could have delayed processing.  Registering online will be your best opportunity to secure a spot in one of the ARPD Programs!  If your desired program is full, place your tween on the waiting list as additional program may be added to meet the demand of registration.
NOTE:
Please provide details regarding your child's medical needs and/or any physical, emotional or developmental disabilities they may have.  Safety is of the utmost importance for all ARPD participants.  Providing ARPD with this information is necessary so that we may determine if and how we can safely support your child.  Accommodations are made on a case-by-case basis with a Program Supervisor.
All participants are required to act responsibly and with respect towards other persons and property during any ARPD sponsored activity.  Failure to do so may result in loss of privileges for the day or other disciplinary measures as deemed necessary.  No refunds if participant is suspended.
ARPD PROGRAMS FOLLOW ALL STATE AND COUNTY HEALTH PROTOCOLS
To be REFUNDED, minus $20 processing fee, a request must be made before 14 DAYS prior to the trip
No refunds issued thereafter
Late Pick-Ups are $1 per minute per tween/teen payable to ARPD Staff that day
